What are the available payment options?
Payments can be made via NCB Deposit, Cash, Western Union/Moneygram & Paypal.
Can I speak to someone before making payment?
Yes you can, we actually provide a free phone consultation service prior to selecting a package.
How long does it take to create a website?
It takes approximately 5-7 business days for the first draft of the website to be completed. Additional changes may lengthen the total time it takes.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payments can be made all at once or 50% before the work is completed and the remaining 50% after the work is completed.
Why is my card not working?
Some banks do not allow international e-commerce on their debit cards. Check with your bank to find out more about limitations on your card. Please let us know if you need to use another payment method.
What if I don’t like the website and want a refund?
A refund will be processed in full once the ownership of the website hasn’t been turned over to you or the website approved and launched, whichever one comes first. If the website has been launched and is still active then a 50% refund will be done.
What if I am not pleased with the 3 revisions?
We stop at nothing to ensure that our clients are happy, the website will be revised an additional 3 times with specifics as to what you would want on it. If we fail to have it the way you please then a final attempt will be made.
Do you have a customer satisfaction guarantee/program?
Yes we do. We strive to ensure that all our week meet and exceed the need of each of our clients and we stop at nothing to get it done. If a design isn’t approved we will go at it again until you the client is satisfied as we strive only for satisfied customers. Our work is of the finest quality and we plan on using that to represent your company in the best way possible.
